    Catering Packages:

    Great Food and Exceptional Service are the Keys to every Successful Event. Whether you are hosting a Business Function,  Party or just want to get together with Family, Friends, or Co-workers, Petra Mediterranean Bistro can help ensure that your Event is a Memorable Experience for all of your Guests.

    We offer our Guests the following catering options

    Standard Catering

    $17.95 per person. Buffet-style serving. The minimum order for delivery is 15ppl. This option includes:

    • House salad

    • 1/3 Veggie dish (falafel) served over rice

      A mix of ground chick peas, garlic, onions, parsley and spices. Served over a bed of rice, topped with Tahini sauce.

    • 1/3 Garlic Lemon Chicken (Shish Tawook) served over rice

      Tender Chicken Breast marinated in lemon, garlic and spices. Served over a bed of rice, topped with house garlic sauce.

    • 1/3 Gyro shawarma (Beef) served over rice

      Thinly sliced seasoned Beef. Sautéed with Onions, Tomatoes, Bell Pepper and Red Cabbage. Topped with Tzatziki Sauce and Garnished with parsley and Sumac.

    Deluxe I Catering

    $20.95 per person. Buffet-style serving. The minimum order is 15ppl. This option includes:

    • Hummus as an appetizer with pita bread

    • House salad

    • 1/3 Veggie dish (falafel) served over rice

      A mix of ground chick peas, garlic, onions, parsley and spices. Served over a bed of rice, topped with Tahini sauce.

    • 1/3 Garlic Lemon Chicken (Shish Tawook) served over rice

      Tender Chicken Breast marinated in lemon, garlic and spices. Served over a bed of rice, topped with house garlic sauce.

    • 1/3 Gyro shawarma (Beef) served over rice

    Quick Lunch Catering

    $14.95 per person. (NO APPETIZER WITH THIS OPTION) Offices and lunch only. Monday through Friday. Buffet-style serving. The minimum order is 20 people for delivery.  This option includes:

    • House salad

    • 1/3 Veggie dish (falafel) served over rice

      A mix of ground chick peas, garlic, onions, parsley and spices. Served over a bed of rice, topped with Tahini sauce.

    • 1/3 Garlic Lemon Chicken (Shish Tawook) served over rice

    Appetizers-Only Catering

    Starts at $12.95 per person for three items of your choice. Additional items are Each $3.00 extra. Buffet-style serving. The minimum order is 20 people for delivery.  Please choose 3 items from the following:

    • Hummus

      (served with pita bread): Delicate mixture of chickpeas, garlic, sesame oil, salt, and lemon juice.

    • Baba Ghanouje

      (served with pita bread): Grilled eggplant mixed with garlic, sesame oil, salt, and lemon juice.

    • Labnie

      (served with pita bread): Drained yogurt topped with olives, olive oil, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

    • Dolmathes

      Grape leaves stuffed with rice, spices, and vegetables; topped with tzatziki.

    • Falafel

      A mix of ground chickpeas, parsley, onions, garlic, and spices; deep-fried and topped with our house tahini sauce.

    • Garlic lemon chicken

      On skewers, topped with garlic sauce.

    • Spanakopita

      Filo dough stuffed with feta cheese and spinach.

    Custom Catering, In-House, and Special Events Option

    If you are looking for the right place to host your very special event or gathering, Petra Bistro can offer you and your guests that unique experience. We offer a wide range of in-house catering options tailored to your special needs, budgets, dates, and times. We also can work with your budget, your number of guests, and any specific needs and requests you may have to create a custom menu just for your special event.

    Please note:

    ⦁    Many of our dishes are topped with Garlic Sauce. If you prefer, we can replace the garlic with another sauce or serve it on the side.

    ⦁    Corporate accounts are welcome.

    ⦁   Our standard catering options are for business and office events. For private events, please give us a call to discuss your needs.
